Join us at the Capital Yacht Club as we launch our boldest season yet and step together into an extraordinary new chapter for IN Series. Over the past year, we have welcomed our first Executive Director, prepared for the opening of our first permanent home after decades of creating throughout the region, and built a 2026–2027 season of unprecedented scale and ambition. Against the backdrop of the sun setting over the Potomac, Land Ho! will bring together artists, friends, patrons, and supporters for an evening of laughter, food, drink, and live music.
A Concert Celebrating the American Musical Landscape
Our musical program will introduce the ideas at the heart of SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS, IN Series’ 2026–2027 season, through a wide-ranging celebration of American music. Travel from Broadway westward through music associated with Sam Cooke, Nina Simone, Bob Dylan, Aaron Copland, and more, performed by artists from the stellar cast of our opening production, THE M.A.K.A.do: Make America Kingly Again!
It is an evening about where we have been, where we are going, and the extraordinary artists and community making that journey possible.

The 2026–2027 season marks a remarkable moment in the life of the company: the beginning of our 45th anniversary year, the opening of a permanent artistic home, our largest casts, choruses, and orchestras to date, and a season spanning nearly 1,000 years of paradigm-changing music theater.
