At IN Series, the health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff is of the utmost importance. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and follow all safety measures and protocols mandated by the federal government, Washington DC, and the CDC. We ask that you self-monitor your health before attending any performances. If you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and contact our Box Office at (202) 204-7763 or email@example.com. All tickets are 100% refundable or transferable due to cancellation or wellness concerns.
IN Series follows all safety measures mandated by Washington, DC and the CDC. Per the city of Washington DC, we require that all guests, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask while attending any IN Series performance. Masks must cover the entire nose and mouth, and must be kept on for the duration of the entire performance, except when eating or drinking in designated areas. Additional information about mask guidelines may be found here. IN Series will follow all social distancing guidelines as outlined by each venue.
Additionally, IN Series requires patrons be able to show proof that they are fully vaccinated. “Fully vaccinated” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized double-dose vaccines or that 14 days have passed since receiving the sole dose of FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines. IN Series requires that all staff and artists are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Patrons may display proof of vaccination with a physical or digital copy of their vaccination card, or with verification through the CLEAR Health Pass app. Exemptions will be offered to patrons with certain medical conditions preventing vaccination or those with closely held religious beliefs that prevent vaccination who have shown documentation of these exemptions as outlined by the DC Department of Health, and children under the age of 5. These patrons must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before performance start time or negative COVID Rapid Antigen test taken no more than 24 hours before performance start time, and must continue to wear a mask while in the venue. Patrons are unable to be admitted into the performance space without these documents. Sanitization stations will be available throughout the venue. For more information about these policies, please click here. For Baltimore MD shows, COVID protocols are set by Creative Alliance (BOHEME in the Heights) and Theater Project (A FAIRY QUEEN, OTHELLO/DESDEMONA).
IN Series is committed to keeping our audiences, artists, and staff safe, and will adapt our policies as federal and DC guidelines change. As the pandemic progresses, we will continue to keep this page up to date with our most recent policies and procedures. We are excited to welcome audiences back to experience live performances safely!
